No Border for Food

PROJECT : Within the framework of the Tandem project, a European programme, which promotes cultural collaboration and civil society. « No Border for food » is a project that revolves around the culinary habits of the inhabitants of Gaziantep (Turkey) and Toulouse (France). The project aim is to study changes in these habits with the arrival of exogenous populations.
